Vancouver, British Columbia: Calibre Mining Corp. (TSX-V: CXB) (the “Company” or “Calibre”) is pleased to announce it has retained Endeavour Financial International Corporation (“Endeavour”) to provide advisory and consulting services with respect to its strategic direction and corporate development.
Calibre has agreed to pay Endeavour a retainer plus expenses for the consulting services for a minimum of three months, following which the contract will extend on a month-to-month basis. In addition, Calibre has granted Endeavour 500,000 stock options exercisable at a price of $0.20 for a period of five (5) years from the date of grant. These options are granted subject to the Company’s Stock Option Plan, and include vesting restrictions. The contract also agrees to certain milestone payments.
