Vancouver, British Columbia: Calibre Mining Corp. (TSX-V: CXB) (the “Company” or “Calibre”) is pleased to announce a non-brokered, private placement financing consisting of 10.0 million units at a price of $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of $500,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each common share purchase warrant will allow the holder to purchase one common share in Calibre for a period of two years from closing at a price of $0.10 per share in the first year and $0.15 per share in the second year. There is no commission or finder’s fee payable on the financing. The private placement is subject to regulatory approval. The proceeds of the private placement financing will be used by the Company for general working capital.
