(TSX-V: CXB) (the “Company” or “Calibre”) announces that it will be applying to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval of the extension of the expiry date of 26,600,000 common share purchase warrants issued on April 21, 2016 (the “Warrants”). The Company proposes to extend the expiry date of the Warrants from April 21, 2018 to April 21, 2019. The Warrants were issued as part of a private placement transaction and are exercisable at $0.16. All other terms of the Warrants will remain the same.
