What you can expect from the Company?
Although senior management is ultimately accountable, we believe that all should have a voice in decisions which affect them. We try to promote an environment which has a “meritocracy of ideas” meaning that a good idea can come from anywhere in the company, not just the CEO. And you should test us by making sure your thoughts and opinions are heard.
Individual recognition is important for personal and professional development. The Company commits to recognizing performance that is either above or below standard and providing you with that feedback on a regular basis.
Access to information about what the Company is doing, how we are doing it and where we are going will allow for better alignment and allow you to do your job better by helping add value for all stakeholders.
We all desire opportunities to grow and learn and the Company will provide training, development and other opportunities to learn and grow. If you feel you are not getting the opportunities or would like to contribute more, we would like to hear about it.
